HOUSE RULES
Treat the house with respect, and let me know of any problems, we will try to solve them as soon as possible.
This is a NO smoking house. Please do not smoke inside the house or on the covered terrace or in the courtyard.
Please respect the number of people registered at the time of booking ( MAX 2 PEOPLE, ONLY ADULTS)
Do not make noise during sleeping hours (10pm - 9am).
Pets are not allowed.
Books (available for consultation in the house) and board games are available for use in the house.
Beach towels are available on request. Please do not use bath towels for other uses outside the flat.
Although you pay for the cleaning, please take care of the rubbish you generate and wash the dishes you use, as this service is not included in the cleaning fee.
Minimum stay 7 nights.
CHECK IN
Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. In case your flight arrives later, please let me know at the time of booking.
You will be able to enter the house independently thanks to a box where you will find the keys.
On the day of your arrival we will send you a message with the updated code.
CHECK OUT
Check-out is at 11 am, please let me know by sending me a message in case you leave earlier.
Thank you for leaving your keys in the key box with the same code we gave you on arrival.
Thank you for taking out the rubbish.
REGISTER OF TRAVELLERS
The registration of travellers is a compulsory procedure for all accommodation establishments in Spain, which consists of filling in a travellers' report and sending it to the authorities within 24 hours of each arrival or departure of guests.
I take care of this myself, I only need you to present me with your identity card or passport on the day of your arrival and in all cases within 24 hours of your arrival.
CANCELLATION
To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date.
If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before the start of your stay, you will pay 50% of all nights.
If you cancel less than 7 days before the start of your stay, you will pay 100% of all nights.
PARKING
Parking in the streets of the village is free of charge. Just be careful to park in the designated areas. There is also a private car park nearby for a fee.
