ABOUT CASA OCEÁNICA
Casa Oceánica is a newly renovated house in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, 10 metres from the promenade and 30 metres from one of the most famous beaches of the island: Playa Grande.
We love it because you can have breakfast on the terrace and contemplate the Atlantic Ocean; because from here you can take long walks from Puerto del Carmen to Arrecife (15 km of pedestrian street); because you are right in the centre but at the same time in a very quiet complex; because you have all the services nearby, such as supermarkets, local and international restaurants, dive shops and bike rental, banks, taxi and bus stops.
In other words, here you have everything you need to organise your stay in Lanzarote to suit you!
Casa Oceánica consists of an open plan fully equipped kitchen-dining room and living room with sofa overlooking the Atlantic Ocean (hence its name); a bedroom with 160 cm bed and 3 mt wardrobe, with a small inner courtyard full of cactus; a study room with work and relax area and click clack armchair, smart Tv; bathroom with shower; storage room with washing machine.
Covered terrace with table, to enjoy the lucky climate of Lanzarote and to be able to eat in the shade.
